The Advent wreath is lit, marking the coming of the birth of our Saviour. Prepare the way of the Lord by committing to a quiet time of reflection throughout Advent.

ADVENT

The Coming of the Lord

"Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion!

Shout in triumph, O daughter of Jerusalem!

Behold, your king is coming to you;

He is just and endowed with salvation,

Humble, and mounted on a donkey,

Even on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim

And the horse from Jerusalem;

And the bow of war will be cut off.

And He will speak peace to the nations;

And His dominion will be from sea to sea,

And from the River to the ends of the earth." 

Ze 9:9-10

Blessed Saviour, Mary and Joseph gave their all and followed the divine plan as foretold by the angel. What courage! What obedience! I pray the courage and humility in this Christmas season to seek and follow God�s divine plan for my life.
