Saint Anthony, urgently let me find all that I have lost in this time of pressing immediate needs

Dearest Saint Anthony, I come to you for your intercession and prayer for me that I will find and get back all that I have lost in this time of urgent and immediate need. I am not asking for much but sufficient to settle my pressing financial woes and for me to sustain my daily needs. I truly believe and have confidence in your intercession as you have been given by God the miraculous power of finding and recovering lost things. Therefore St Anthony, I ask to whisper my request in the ear of the infant Jesus who love to linger in your arms, that by His Grace recover my lost. Make me see God�s grace, zealous in serving God and in the practice of virtue. Let me find and get the thing that I have lost, thus showing the presence of your goodness. I promise St Anthony that I will never forget this favour, and I will make your devotion known to all. In Jesus name, I ask of you this prayer. Amen.

by His stripes I am healed

I truly believe and trust 

in the promises by God 

for the continual healing. 

There will be no thoughts of doubt in me 

either about God or in giving up in any way 

as the Word of God is my truth, 

as Isaiah 53:5, �and with His stripes we are healed.� 

I truly trust and have faith, 

God will be with me, not to let me down, 

and He will take away 

all my troubles and difficulties 

and not let me fall as His angels will lift me up. 

God has given me the courage and strength, 

and by His Word, I will be HEALED. 

I will bless the Lord at all times 

and His praises from the depths of my heart 

will continually be on my lips. 

I have been Blessed and Healed of the LORD.

Prayer for all Poor, Homeless, and Neglected People

O GOD, Almighty and merciful, 

who heals those that are broken in heart, 

and turns the sadness of the sorrowful to joy; 

Let your fatherly goodness 

be upon all 

that you have made. 

Remember in pity those who are this day 

destitute, homeless, or forgotten 

by their fellow men. 

Bless the congregation of your poor. 

Uplift those who are cast down. 

For those who suffer innocently, 

I pray that you will sanctify their endurance 

of the wrongs worked on them, 

keeping their hearts free of bitterness. 

Cheer with hope all 

discouraged and unhappy people, 

and help those who are tempted 

into sin by their poverty; 

though they be troubled on every side, 

suffer them not to be distressed; 

though they be perplexed, 

save them from despair. 

Grant this, O Lord, 

for the love of him, 

who for our sakes endured poverty 

and blameless suffering, 

your Son, our Jesus Christ.

O God, King of all kings, 

and Governor of all things, 

whose power no creature is able to resist, 

to whom it belongeth justly to punish sinners, 

and to be merciful to those who truly repent; 

Save and deliver us, 

we humbly beseech thee, 

from the hands of our enemies; 

abate their pride, 

assuage their malice, 

and confound their devices; 

that we, being armed with thy defence, 

may be preserved evermore from all perils, 

to glorify thee, who art the only giver of all victory; 

through the merits of thy Son, 

Jesus Christ our Lord.

Unanswered Prayer

I asked for strength that I might achieve;

I was made weak that I might learn humbly to obey.

I asked for health that I might do greater things;

I was given infirmity that I might do better things.

I asked for riches that I might be happy;

I was given poverty that I might be wise.

I asked for power that I might have the praise of men;

I was given weakness that I might feel the need of God.

I asked for all things that I might enjoy life;

I was given life that I might enjoy all things.

I got nothing that I had asked for,

but everything that I had hoped for.

Almost despite myself my unspoken prayers were answered;

I am, among all men, most richly blessed.
