Heavenly Father,
I come to you
in the Name of Jesus.
You said whoever calls
on the Name of the Lord Jesus
shall be saved.
I call on Him now.
I believe in my heart
that Jesus Christ

I believe He died
for my sin.
I believe You
raised Him from the dead
for my justification.
I confess Him
as Lord of my life now.

and Your plan for me.
